Booking and stay (identity, contact details, dates, number of guests, requests): performance of the contract. Payment: performance of the contract; card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us. Invoicing, tourist tax and police registration of foreign guests: legal obligation. Messages before and during the stay: performance of the contract. Audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner: consent.

Recipients and service providers

Your data is only shared with the service providers below, bound by data processing agreements, and with the authorities where the law requires it. • Inferevo SASU (Lokyzen software, Paris): booking website and reservation management; data stored by Scaleway SAS (Paris) in the European Union. • Sendinblue SAS (Brevo, Paris): sending emails. • Twilio Inc. (United States): sending SMS and WhatsApp messages; transfer covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. • Anthropic PBC (United States): help drafting replies to your messages; transfer covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Booking data: 3 years after the stay. Accounting records: 10 years. Police registration forms: 6 months.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability by writing to contact@escales-et-cles.test. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
